About this scholarship
The Department of Psychology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign awards multiple Summer Research Scholarships of two thousand seven hundred fifty dollars to qualified undergraduates for research in a faculty laboratory between mid-May and mid-August. Funded by the Laura Bolton Research Development Scholarship and the James E. Spoor Scholarship, awards support students rather than direct research costs. Applicants must be declared Psychology majors, Psychology minors, or Brain and Cognitive Sciences majors continuing in the fall term. Applications open at the start of spring semester and close the first Monday of March at 5 p.m., with winners announced by the first Monday of April.
