About this scholarship
Competitive merit scholarship for Alabama resident first-year students admitted to Auburn University through early action. Auburn automatically evaluates high school GPA and standardized test superscores from the completed admission application due December 1. The Founders Scholarship pays $9,000 per year. Students must begin enrollment summer or fall immediately following high school graduation. Renewal for up to eight semesters requires earning 24 Auburn credits annually and maintaining a minimum 3.0 cumulative unadjusted Auburn GPA.
