A $1,000 bursary has been endowed by Sigma Tau Upsilon and friends of Sperry S. Phillips (B.S.A. 1923). Consideration is given to academic ability and 4-H Club membership; participation is desirable but not required. Submit documentation of 4-H Club participation if applicable. Apply through UBC affiliation bursaries.
Phillips contributed to Junior Farmer activities in British Columbia before his death in 1945.
