About this scholarship
Since 1975 the SJSU Alumni Association Deans' Scholarships have recognized full-time undergraduate or graduate students who excel academically and contribute to their communities through volunteer service. Two outstanding students from each of SJSU's seven colleges are chosen annually by their deans to receive a three-thousand-dollar award funded by alumni and donor contributions. Selection requires a combined SJSU and transfer GPA of 3.0 or higher. The scholarship is awarded once per academic career and is not renewable. Apply through the Spartan Scholarship website managed by the Financial Aid and Scholarship Office during the annual application window.
