Sikh Students' Association Scholarship

For a UBC Vancouver undergraduate based on high scholastic standing and community service, with preference for a Sikh student. A $900 scholarship has been endowed by the Sikh Students' Association. A letter of recommendation from a local Sikh Temple President is required. An applicant may not receive the award two years in succession unless there is no other qualified applicant.

The association was established in 1985 to create greater awareness of Sikh religion and culture and to unite Sikh students at Canadian post-secondary institutions.
