Second-year medical students enrolled full time at Penn State College of Medicine who have been bona fide Pennsylvania residents for at least 12 months before registering as a medical student may apply.

One scholarship of $3,600 is awarded annually. Free membership in the Pennsylvania Medical Society and county medical society is required.

Apply through the Foundation of the Pennsylvania Medical Society between July and the September 30 deadline. Scholarships are funded by contributions from the medical community across Pennsylvania.
