About this scholarship

The Scholarship for Engineering Education (SEE) is a Georgia state forgivable loan of up to seventeen thousand five hundred dollars per year for Georgia residents pursuing ABET-accredited engineering specializations at Mercer University's School of Engineering in Macon. Eligible majors include biomedical, civil, computer, electrical, environmental, industrial, and mechanical engineering. Students must be admitted to the School of Engineering and maintain a minimum 2.5 overall cumulative HOPE GPA. Mercer notifies eligible incoming students through admissions and financial planning. SEE renews up to eight semesters based on fund availability and requires post-graduation work in an engineering-related field in Georgia.
