University of Victoria undergraduate students from minority ancestral groups who are entering or continuing study may receive this bursary. Preference goes to students of Asian ancestry or Indigenous students (inclusive of Indigenous Peoples locally and globally, per UVic's Indigenous Citizenship Declaration policy).
