Open annually to an Osgoode Hall Law School JD student who is a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person, an Ontario resident, and who demonstrates financial need. The recipient must have experience with or interest in a regulatory authority acting in the public interest, which may be shown through enrolment in or completion of regulatory law coursework such as administrative, securities, or environmental law.
