About this scholarship
The Rita G. Sanchez Endowed Scholarship supports New Mexico resident undergraduate students at the University of New Mexico Main campus who demonstrate academic ability and financial need. There is no separate application; the UNM Scholarship Office selects recipients each spring from the general endowed scholarship pool using admissions, registrar, and FAFSA data. Recipients must be full-time continuing undergraduates with at least twelve UNM Main campus credits earned by the end of the fall semester and a competitive cumulative GPA.
