About this scholarship
The Promise @ San Jac Scholarship is a last-dollar award covering in-district tuition, fees, and bookstore assistance for San Jacinto College students who live in the college taxing district at the time of high school graduation, regardless of GPA or family income. Promise Scholars must enroll full-time with at least 12 credit hours in the fall semester following high school graduation. Applicants complete a Promise pledge, ApplyTexas admission, and FAFSA or TASFA by published deadlines. The program supports up to three years of full-time attendance toward an associate degree or workforce certificate.
