About this scholarship
The President's Honors Scholarship is Delta College's flagship academic award for graduating high school seniors in Bay, Midland, or Saginaw County who plan to complete a transfer or occupational associate degree in two years. Up to twenty recipients each year receive tuition, fees, and required books for two years, a five-hundred-dollar travel stipend for an approved Delta travel-study experience, Phi Theta Kappa membership fees, and Honors advising. Applicants need a 3.5 GPA or higher, must complete the FAFSA, join the Honors Program, maintain a 3.25 GPA, complete thirty volunteer hours, and apply online by mid-November with essays, recommendations, and a transcript.
