About this scholarship
The Pirates Pitch Competition for High School Students, hosted by Seton Hall's Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, awards tuition scholarships to high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors with at least a 3.0 GPA who submit an original business idea. Finalists present live at the South Orange campus during Global Entrepreneurship Week. All finalists receive at least a $4,000 scholarship to Seton Hall; the first-place winner earns a $10,000 scholarship plus a cash prize, and second place earns a $6,000 scholarship plus cash. Scholarships are provided upon admission to Seton Hall. Applications typically open in late August with an October submission deadline before the November competition.
