The Phillips Family Leadership Incentive Award, endowed by Dr. Richard Phillips and the late Mary Phillips, recognizes NC State paper science and engineering students who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, and community service along with strong interest in business and professional success. Rising juniors and seniors apply each spring for funding to pursue the Poole College of Management business administration minor. Recipients are selected from the paper science and engineering program and use the award to combine engineering training with business coursework.
