About this scholarship
Open to University of Guelph Doctor of Veterinary Medicine students. One bursary is awarded in each of the four years of the D.V.M. program to the student with the greatest demonstrated financial need. Recipients must also meet the government-mandated terms for an Ontario Student Opportunity Trust Fund (OSOTF) award.
Four awards of $2,500 are available. Submit a completed Financial Need Assessment Form to Student Financial Services by October 7; students are considered automatically once the form is in by the deadline.
Pearl and Percy Kaine, Guelph landowners and dairy farmers with an interest in horses, funded the bursaries with matching OSOTF support.
