Ovintiv Canada ULC Award in Commerce for Indigenous Students

First Nations, Inuit, or Métis students in the Bachelor of Commerce program at UBC Sauder who have achieved good academic standing may be nominated. Preference is given to students from British Columbia.

Awards totalling $25,000 are available annually through a gift from Ovintiv Canada ULC. The awards are made on the recommendation of the UBC Sauder School of Business.

Ovintiv created the award as part of its commitment to working with Indigenous communities on economic development and community investment focused on wellness, education, and cultural preservation.
