About this scholarship
Osher Foundation scholarships at Cal State San Marcos provide awards up to twenty-five hundred dollars each to students who transferred from a California community college with at least sixty semester units and entered CSUSM at the junior level or above. Demonstrated financial need is required and is determined using FAFSA data submitted to the CSUSM Financial Aid and Scholarships Office. Students apply through the CSUSM General Scholarship Application due February 1. This award supports community college transfer students completing their bachelor's degrees at CSUSM.
