The O'Neill Endowed Scholars Program offers a four-year full-tuition scholarship for admitted first-year University of St. Thomas students intending to major in financial management who aspire to leadership in global finance. Scholars receive career coaching, one-on-one mentorship from finance professionals, exclusive internships, networking opportunities, and hands-on finance projects. Applicants need a GPA of 3.2 or higher and apply through the St. Thomas admissions portal by January 8, 2027; finalists attend an interview day on February 27, 2027.
