Nortel Institute Undergraduate Scholarship

Canadian citizens or permanent residents who are Ontario residents in second or third year in the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering, the Faculty of Arts and Science, UTM, or UTSC may apply. Selection is based on financial need and academic merit, with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Candidates must also show involvement in micro/nanofabrication through research, coursework, or work experience, or propose a summer research or capstone project in that area.

The award is up to $5,000. An essay is part of the application.
