About this scholarship
Students accepted to an accredited U.S. college or university for full-time enrollment within six months, or accepted to optometry school, may apply to Eye Associates of Overland Park.
One $1,000 award supports students demonstrating commitment to community service.
Submit proof of acceptance or enrollment, a 500 to 800 word PDF essay on community service goals, and the application. Proof of current enrollment must be provided within 21 calendar days if selected.

- Award: $1,000 for one academic year (non-renewable)
