Osgoode Hall Law School JD students who are Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons, Ontario residents, and demonstrate financial need may be considered. Preference goes to students with a minimum grade of B in courses related to insolvency and business law.

Murray Bernard Page Q.C. graduated from Osgoode in 1954, received Queen's Counsel in 1971, and practised for over 50 years as a pioneer in insolvency law, mentoring lawyers and trustees in bankruptcy.
