About this scholarship
Memphis Advantage is a competitive freshman scholarship for Tennessee residents entering the University of Memphis with moderate academic credentials. Students apply through Tiger Scholarship Manager and must meet a minimum 3.0 cumulative high school GPA with ACT 20 or SAT 1030. The award provides four thousand dollars per academic year and follows standard freshman scholarship renewal rules requiring twelve credit hours, good academic standing, and completed service hours. Tennessee residents may stack Memphis Promise separately if eligible, but may receive only one other first-time freshman scholarship except Valedictorian.
