McLaughlin College students at York University with high academic standing and demonstrated financial need. Recipients must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons who are Ontario residents.

Mr. Turner, a former branch bank manager and amateur wood carver, was a Fellow of McLaughlin College.
