About this scholarship
Last-dollar institutional scholarship that makes an associate degree or approved workforce training program tuition-free for eligible Baltimore City Community College students. Applicants must be Maryland residents who graduated high school or completed a GED at age 21 or younger in the current year and must file the FAFSA or MHEC One App. Continuing recipients must maintain a 2.0 GPA as full-time students (12 credits per semester), complete all required courses within three years, and renew the FAFSA or One App each year.
