About this scholarship
The Matelich Scholarship recognizes two entering first-year students each year who demonstrate exceptional motivation, academic potential, commitment to service, integrity, and leadership. Applicants must submit a completed admission application and separate Matelich Scholarship application by December 1. The award covers one hundred percent of Puget Sound tuition and fees, including standard double room, standard medium meal plan, and the student government fee, for up to four years. Recipients must maintain at least a 3.50 GPA, demonstrate leadership and service development, and write an annual report on their pursuits.
