About this scholarship
College-wide merit scholarship awarding $5,000 to eight undergraduates per year, with two recipients from each of the Arts, Humanities, Natural Sciences, and Social Sciences divisions. Nomination is open to departments across the College of Arts and Sciences based solely on excellence in the student's field of study; each department or school may submit one application package including a brief candidate statement, curriculum vitae, and current transcript. Awardees must be enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences during the funding academic year. Decisions are announced in spring for use the following year.
