Mary-Frances Madill Bursary

Osgoode Hall Law School JD students who are Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons and Ontario residents with demonstrated financial need may be considered. Preference goes to students who have demonstrated interest in the rights of women, children, the elderly, animals, Indigenous peoples, or the environment.

The bursary amount varies. Apply through the Osgoode bursary application.

Dr. Mary-Frances Madill (LLB 1981) established the bursary to assist students who share her passion for social justice. She entered Osgoode as a mature student after a career in business, teaching, and clinical and research psychology.
