About this scholarship
The Marianist Leadership Scholarship supports students who participate in the Marianist Leadership Program at St. Mary's University, a faith-based leadership and service community. Members devote 12 to 15 hours monthly to small-group sessions, social justice gatherings, nonprofit service, and retreats while living in a Village residence hall community when required. Each member who fulfills yearly program obligations receives $5,000 per year if living on campus or $4,500 if commuting as an upperclass student. First-time freshmen apply by early February 2027 with a résumé, headshot, and two reference letters including one spiritual reference. MLP is open to students of diverse faith backgrounds who embrace values of faith, community, leadership, and service.
