About this scholarship
The Maguire College Scholars scholarship at Penn supports undergraduates with demonstrated financial need who graduate from participating Philadelphia-area high schools. Eligible students must have maintained good academic standing in high school, engaged in community service or extracurricular activities, completed the FAFSA, and been offered admission to Penn. No additional application is required; the Office of Admissions and Student Financial Aid selects recipients. Selected students are notified in the spring of their senior year of high school and receive need-based grant aid as part of their financial aid package.
