About this scholarship
The M.D. Anderson Pre-Med Scholarship at Southwestern University supports undergraduates preparing for medical school who are pursuing a pre-medical course of study with intent to enroll in medical school after graduation. Candidates must hold at least a three point two cumulative GPA in Southwestern coursework. Awards are made on the basis of merit rather than financial need and may reach up to four thousand dollars. Applications should be submitted to Dr. Kimberly McArthur by May first. Students planning to attend dental school are ineligible for Southwestern’s pre-med scholarship programs.
