About this scholarship
Full-time undergraduate or graduate students of Lithuanian heritage with at least a 2.75 GPA, demonstrated community and Lithuanian-community involvement, and U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid student visa may apply for Lithuanian Foundation scholarships.
Awards of up to $7,500 support one academic year; recipients may reapply each year. Priority goes to students studying outside Lithuania, especially Lithuanian Foundation members and those studying Lithuanian linguistics, literature, folklore, or history.
Submit an online application with photo, citizenship proof, official transcript, enrollment verification, two recommendation letters, and financial aid documentation.

- Financial aid award letter from the academic institution
- Copy of 2026-2027 FAFSA SAR report p.1 (US residents) or equivalent financial forms
