Open annually to up to two Osgoode Hall Law School JD students with financial need and a demonstrated commitment to social justice.

Established by friends and family of Marc Rosenberg '74, a criminal appellate lawyer later appointed to the Ontario Court of Appeal, as a tribute to his career, humanity, and passion for justice.
