About this scholarship
The Jewish Studies Scholarship provides limited need-based institutional aid for students enrolled in Spertus Institute's Master of Arts in Jewish Studies, Doctor of Science in Jewish Studies, and Doctor of Hebrew Letters programs. Awards are determined from documented financial need and an application describing planned coursework for the academic year ahead. Scholarship amounts vary, are applied directly to course tuition, and are funded in part through the generosity of Gene and Adele Hoffman.
