About this scholarship
The Innovation Scholar Program Award is an annual scholarship for students admitted to the Innovation Scholar Program, an interdisciplinary minor focused on sustainability, social justice, environmental stewardship, cultural diversity, and economic well-being within the School of Humanities and Sciences. The award is added to any merit-based Ithaca College Scholarship the student receives, and need-based aid may supplement it. Applicants apply to an H&S major or Exploratory Program H&S Pathways via Common App or Coalition, then complete the Innovation Scholar application in IC Connect by December 1. Renewal is automatic each semester while the scholar maintains full-time enrollment, a 3.0 cumulative GPA, participation in program activities, enrollment in an H&S degree program, and good judicial standing.
