About this scholarship
The Illinois Tech Purpose Scholarship guarantees one hundred percent of undergraduate tuition and mandatory fees for eligible Illinois residents after federal, state, and existing institutional aid. First-year applicants need Early Action admission, minimum 3.7 unweighted GPA, and top ten percent high school class rank; transfer applicants under age twenty-four need March 15 application, 3.4 GPA, and no more than sixty-one prior credits. Family adjusted gross income must be seventy-five thousand dollars or less, with MAP grant eligibility and completed FAFSA or RISE application annually. Undocumented students meeting RISE criteria may qualify. The award is not combinable with Chicago Difference or Collens scholarships.
