About this scholarship
The Illinois Tech FIRST Robotics Scholarship provides five thousand dollars per year for up to four years, or five in architecture, to incoming first-year students with at least one full season on a FIRST Robotics Competition or FIRST Tech Challenge team during junior or senior year. Applicants submit Early Decision or Early Action Common Application materials by November 15 and list robotics team participation under Activities. The award is stackable with Heald and partial merit scholarships but cannot combine with full-tuition programs. Contact the admission office with questions about eligibility documentation for FIRST team involvement.
