About this scholarship

The IB Scholar Scholarship is the mid tier of the University of Oregon IB Diploma Scholarship Program for incoming first-year students who complete the IB Diploma with a total exam score between 28 and 32 and a high school GPA of at least 3.40. Oregon residents receive two thousand dollars per year; nonresidents receive four thousand dollars per year, split evenly across enrolled terms. Students apply for UO admission by January 15, submit admission materials by February 15, and provide official IB exam scores after graduation by September 1. Recipients must enroll in the fall term of their first year and maintain a 3.00 cumulative UO GPA with twelve credits per term to renew.
