University of Victoria undergraduate students with outstanding commitment in fine arts, athletics, or other public endeavours, and who demonstrate financial need, may receive Hallam Achievement Awards. Continuing or transfer students need a minimum 3.5 sessional GPA; new students need a 70% admission average.
