About this scholarship

Outstanding undergraduate or graduate students at UBC Vancouver or Okanagan may receive the Guenther Felix Sanders Scholarship, with preference for students affiliated with the Knights of Pythias in British Columbia (themselves or through a parent) and/or students majoring in mathematics or enrolled in the Faculty of Applied Science.

Award amounts vary by cycle. Enrolment Services makes the awards on recommendation.

Applicants affiliated with the Knights of Pythias should submit a letter of recommendation from the Grand Lodge. The endowment was established by an estate gift from Guenter Felix Sanders (1904-1961).
