About this scholarship
UAB's Green and Gold Scholarship supports in-state entering freshmen with strong but mid-tier test scores and GPAs listed on the official in-state merit chart. Admitted high school seniors are considered automatically from their admission application when they apply by the in-state scholarship deadline. The renewable award requires full-time enrollment in a first baccalaureate program at UAB and may continue for up to four years if the student satisfies UAB merit scholarship renewal policies each term.
