About this scholarship
The Graduate Equity Fellowship supports California resident master's students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds who demonstrate potential to complete a graduate degree within two years. Fellowships range from $500 to $2,000 per academic year based on demonstrated need, with a maximum of two years of support requiring annual reapplication. Applicants must enroll in at least six units of graduate coursework each fall and spring, maintain a 3.00 GPA, have at least $1,000 of financial need, and submit FAFSA or Dream Act documentation plus essay, advisor endorsement, transcripts, and two recommendation letters.
