About this scholarship

NCEDA members with at least two years of economic development experience may apply for the Governor James E. Holshouser Professional Development Scholarship covering tuition plus travel, lodging, and meals for three Economic Development Institute sessions at the University of Oklahoma or three IEDC courses over up to three years.

Award amounts vary. Fall applications open mid-August and close mid-to-late September; a spring cycle opens mid-January.
