Merit scholarship for incoming transfer students at Wayne State University who have earned at least 30 transferable credits and hold a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher from all institutions attended. Wayne State automatically reviews eligible transfer admission applications submitted by July 1, 2026 for fall 2026 entry with no separate scholarship form required. The Gold Transfer Award provides $4,000 per year for up to four semesters within two consecutive years beginning the term of admission. Recipients must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA, full-time enrollment, and satisfactory academic progress.
