University of Regina undergraduate students participating in an official French exchange program or studying French on their own at a university in France outside Paris are eligible. Students must remain registered while on exchange, or provide proof of registration and completion of a pre-approved program at the host institution. A minimum University of Regina cumulative GPA of 75% and demonstrated financial need are required.
