About this scholarship
The Georgia ROTC and Future Officer Grant provides state funding to Georgia residents who fully participate in the University of North Georgia Corps of Cadets. Georgia residents receive up to $750 at the end of each semester for Corps participation, and cadets who sign agreements to commission as Army officers receive up to $2,000 per semester. There is no need to apply before enrolling at UNG; the Commandant of Cadets provides application instructions after arrival on campus. The grant supplements other military scholarships and ROTC benefits for cadets on a commissioning track. Eligibility is limited to Georgia residents enrolled in the Corps of Cadets at UNG who meet participation and commissioning agreement requirements each semester.
