The George W. Jenkins Scholarship supports high school seniors with strong academics, significant financial need, and a history of overcoming adversity. Jenkins Scholars receive the full cost of attendance for up to eight semesters, including tuition, fees, on-campus housing, a meal plan, health insurance, a laptop allowance, and possible stipends for books and personal expenses. Applicants must be nominated by a school or community counselor, apply under Early Decision I or Early Action by November 1, submit a personal statement by December 1, and file the FAFSA and CSS Profile by November 15. Eligible students must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Virginia with a minimum 3.75 unweighted GPA.

Oregon artists and arts practitioners 18 or older who have been domiciled in Oregon for at least 12 months may apply for funding to pursue a specific, time-sensitive career opportunity. Applicants must not be enrolled in any degree-granting program and cannot have received COG funding in the past three cycles. Awards range from $500 to $2,000 to cover expenses tied to an invited opportunity such as an exhibition, residency, workshop, conference, or performance.
