About this scholarship
The Gator Nation Tuition Scholarship reduces out-of-state tuition for selected non-Florida resident freshmen by up to twenty thousand dollars per year for fall and spring, totaling up to eighty thousand dollars over four years. UF considers all admitted students who apply by the November 1 freshman admission priority deadline. If a student's residency is later updated to in-state, the award is cancelled because it cannot be combined with another out-of-state tuition scholarship. Recipients are notified by mid-March after spring committee review.
