François Houle Scholarship (OTSS)

Third- or fourth-year honours undergraduates in political science, international development, international studies and modern languages, or conflict studies and human rights, or full-time master's students in public and international affairs or international development and globalization at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Social Sciences, who are Ontario residents, demonstrate financial need, and completed an exchange or international internship during the academic year may apply.

The award is $4,000.
