About this scholarship
The FPU Possibilities Scholarship closes the remaining tuition gap for qualifying California freshmen after other aid is applied. Incoming students with a 3.6 academic GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale excluding non-academic and ninth-grade courses who receive Cal Grant A or B and the maximum Federal Pell Grant and meet financial-need criteria receive this supplemental award covering leftover tuition costs. No separate application is required beyond admission and FAFSA completion by the priority deadline. The award renews at the same dollar amount with full-time enrollment, good standing, and continued Cal Grant and full Pell eligibility.
