About this scholarship
Institutional need-based scholarship for incoming Alabama resident first-year students at Auburn University accepted for admission by early March. No separate scholarship application is required beyond completing the FAFSA, which Auburn must receive to determine financial need. Awards up to $5,000 per year are made mid-January through mid-March based on available funding; consideration does not guarantee an award. Recipients must enroll at least 12 credit hours by the 15th class day each term and earn 24 Auburn credits annually with a 3.0 GPA to renew for up to four years.
